I have made a few roller balls and not only do I like them, but so do others as well. Except for for the heavy stroke and tendency to bleed though (or at least be clearly defined on the back of the page) in standard notebooks.

Having never really been a rollerball fan because of this, I have to ask. Are their rollerball refills out there that write more similarly to a Schmidt Easyflow 9000?

I know the question seems backwards from normal, but I am quite curious as I may do more rollerballs if I overcame this nuance.

I really like the way the G-2's write, BUT, the ink is far from water resistant. I find even notes in my pocket that get sweaty, soon become unreadable.
Is there a rollerball refill that is more permanent ?
Do I need to try the Schmidt Easyflow 9000?
Thanks!

The EasyFlow 9000 is a ballpoint refill. I just realized I have making a modified Knurl GT with an Energel refill for nurse that uses archival ink. Wondering how close that is to a regular rollerball size. I believe they will be the same.
