I have a Chrome Rouge Cigar Holder kit (#1307-CHR-1) and the bushings (#43A) plus the instructions. Also have a large piece of Galalith 8 1/2" long x O.D. 34.0 mm / I.D. 19.6 mm green color with pattern.
