I am a firm believer that when a vendor delivers outstanding customer service, it's only fair to publically recongize them. I recently went through a product recall with a tool I purchased from Rockler. While they obviously did not manufacture the item, they handled all the recall shipping etc. When I received the replacement tool, there had been an error on their part and they had shipped the wrong attachment. Once I notified them, they really went out of their way to resolve the situation. I got personal service from their representative and Rockler ended up delivering outstanding customer service.

I think that good customer service should be expected when you make a purchase and everything goes well. Where a company really shows it colors is when something goes wrong and how they respond to the situation. Rockler did an exceptional job and they have in turn earned my loyalty as a Rockler customer.

Thanks Rockler and thanks IAP for letting me rave about an excellent vendor.
