Rockler pen kits

Does anyone know where Rockler pen kits come from are they a Penn State reseller or what?

From what I hear (From Rockler themselves) they are changing suppliers. Not sure what is happening but I suspect they are going direct to the manufacturer. I could be wrong. I'm sure someone on here will know.

The "industry scuttlebutt" says they are sourcing from China.

I visited Rockler today and the store had a full line up of kits. A few months ago I thought they were getting out of kits there were so few. All the kits have different names from their old kits. The sierra is now called manhattan.

Now, we have two "Manhattans" that look nothing like each other. And, yes, that DOES LOOK like the sierra---but it is almost definitely NOT made in Berea's factory, in Taiwan.

You are correct. The instruction sheet says... Distributed by Rockler..., MADE IN CHINA
