I continue to be impressed by Rockler customer service. I've called twice to get help with my secondhand Excelsior lathe. I stated that it was secondhand, and they were still extremely helpful. The first time, they replaced the drive belt; the second time, the knock-out bar. They charged me far less than j would have expected ($10 then $5), and shipping was free both times. Both phone calls took less than ten minutes, and the first representative even gave me tips on how to install the new belt. This is one very happy Rockler customer!
