I need to cut the ring blank on the left cut in half. I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any ideas? IMG_9792.JPG

I assume you want two pieces of about equal thickness ? I would start from scratch with a new blank . If you only need half of what you have there , grind it down .

Scroll saw might work if you make a jig to support it rock solid . Fine tooth Japanese style hand saw might work . One vital (I think) requirement of any saw is that it have a brand new blade , to ensure that the teeth are evenly set . If they aren`t , the blade will wander . Good luck !

Are you talking about cutting the acrylic green portion?? If so that looks like any ordinary acrylic pen blank. Why not just cut from a pen blank if you have the rest of it. If you have to cut the piece you have then as suggested a good scrollsawer with a good scrollsaw should be able to do it. Just needs a jig to hold steady and a jewlers blade would work nicely.
