But.... On "Black Friday" Woodcraft will have the Rikon 1216vs lathe on sale for $280.

Yea, I never go out on black friday, but I think I will probably head out to woodcraft for the Rikon this year.

I have a Rikon and it is a really nice lathe. Went to Woodcraft today and learned that the picture for the Nova on sale on Black Friday is not the one that will be on sale. The one being sold on Black Friday has two tommy bars, not the key. The Nova G3 on sale for $149.00 right now has the key, not the tommy bars. Check out the stock number in the adds as they are different. I asked about the difference and that is when they told me that they are not the same chuck. Thought that you would like to know if you are waiting for the Black Friday sale for the chuck. I ordered the one for $149.00, it is still a $150.00 saving.
