Rikon Lathe

Can someone tell me what is the distance between the ways on a Rikon 70-100, the non-variable speed lathe? Mine is located in New Mexico and I am in Texas, I want to try to make a jig and I need a cleat to fit between the ways. I have a full shop here, but only a lathe and the minimum up there, building it here will easy, up there, not so easy.

I found the height to center, the distance between centers, but I cannot find that small distance between the ways. HELP

Just went to the shop and measured. It is 1 1/4 inches.
