Picked up a lathe off of FB marketplace yesterday. Didn't really need the lathe but the price was right. I mainly wanted the Nova chuck with the pen jaws plus the two EWT tools. Ended up with some buffing wheels plus other goodies. The gentleman started showing me some pens he turned out of KOA wood & some knife handles out of the same wood. He ended up giving me several nice blocks of KOA wood. Long drive but very nice day!

I have the Rikon 70-050VS which might be the predecessor of yours. I like it but limited for turning bowls, etc. due to 12 inch swing. Have fun.
One good turn deserves another!
 
I think that you've done well. That lathe looks like it hasnt done too much work.....very clean machine.
It was purchased from an older gentleman. I don't think he did too much turning. His wife passed away about a year ago & he lost all interest in turning.
