Rifle clip for Cigar pen?

Has anyone seen a rifle clip for a Cigar pen? I have looked and not found any. I received a request from my stepson for a antler pen on a cigar kit with a rifle clip. I cannot get the hole enlarged on a Euro rifle clip without twisting it. It is smaller diameter than the cigar pen so I thought that I would try to do the hidden clip way. Sorry this is so long, I am getting desperate trying to figure this out. He and his dad need the larger pens as they have large hands. TIA for any suggestions and help with this.

I think it may be tough to find due to the large curvature of the clip in comparison to the relatively straight slimlines.

PSI Has them on page two under pen parts , I just ordered mine and have received them but have not used them yet.
