Rifle and deer head clips

On using an Euro top I find the o.d. of the clip to be smaller than the o.d. of the Euro top. I see pens using them. Do any of you use them and how do you deal with the smaller dia. of the clip?

It sounds like you're using slimline clips. They're not as large as the the euro clips. I just chrecked my euro clips and my rifle clips are the same dia. as the stock clips. These are the ones I get. Check out the post dia. to see if there is a difference.
