Cheer Rick Herrell - Great Work

I received my order of lathe accessories from Rick Herrell and had to post.

• I ordered a new Tool Post, 2.5" and 4" Tool Rests, and a Tailstock Clamp Thursday morning. Rick made the parts and shipped them Friday morning.
• Check out the packaging. Each part wrapped and taped, plus padding in the box so the parts aren't banging into each other in transit.
• The fit and finish on the tool post and rests is amazing. The tool post is a piston fit in my banjo and slides like silk. Far better than factory or the two aftermarket rests I have.
• The tailstock really clamps down now. My tailstock didn't really creep before, but the machining isn't as precise as it could be and the new clamp helps me lock it down where I know it's aligned.
• Provide an objective and subjective evaluation of your experience.
• I will definitely order from this vendor again. I will replace my other tool rests with Rick's. I'm also planning to see if Rick will make some NLA parts for other woodworking machines.

Rick even taped the brass bushing on the tool post and covered the threads to protect them, even though the post was wrapped in padding.
