Retirement pen

[Humongous]

Turns out the retirement pen is for me. After 42 years as an electrical engineer, I've decided to retire. Over those years I've seen some incredible advancements in electronics and am proud that I was able to contribute to some of them. I worked for 5 different companies, some good, some not so good but never regretted my choice. I met some of my closest friends at those jobs. Looking forward to more time in the shop and with my wife. Ok enough expounding.

This is a Jr. Citizen rollerball with a Diamondcast "Queen City silver" blank. I grew up in Buffalo, the "Queen city" of NY so I thought it was fitting. These are hard to photograph to show how spectacular they are. I lit this one from below and it came out pretty good.

Gorgeous Pen! - Congratulations on your retirement. I miss coming up to your area. Before retiring myself, at least 4 times a year (or more) I flew into Buffalo and drove to Niagara Falls to spend some time with one of my engineering teams. It is a great area and has a rich history and some wonderful people. - Dave
