This is a combination of materials and processes.

It will replace the original grill emblem.

What make of vehicle do you have?? Chevy maybe?

Is this well suited for the sun, weather and whatever will hit it as you fly down the road at 99 mph?

Not sure how well the resin will hold up, but the aluminum should be fine.
It has a UV clearcoat on it so, that should protect it from the sun and road grime.
Expansion rates are the most concern.
