Never had the C64, but learned basic programming on the PET. At home, I thought we had the ultimate in home computing power when my dad built an Apple II Plus clone with cassette drive!

That was too far over my head back then...... Had a Commodore Vic20.

Had both the C-64 and the C-128. I still have the C-128 somewhere in a box with the external disk drive.

That brings back memories. I still have my Commodore 64 with two external disk drives. I also have the original C-64 color monitor, a Mighty-Mo modem, and tons of software. I learned how to program basic on that machine and wrote an investment program. I also used it for work. My EasyScript word processing program was light-years better than a typewriter. I can't believe how many hours I spent in front of that machine, loving every minute of it.

yes the good old c64 i hear they are releasing the old os so you can play the old games! i bet the old 5 1/4 drive wont work with it. but now i want to bring it out and set it up.....just so my kids can laugh at me..
