Refill request help needed

I had a request for a very fine (.5 mm or smaller) ballpoint or roller that has low viscosity (not very wet I assume). Requester is used to writing in mechanical pencil and wants ink that writes in a similar way. Anyone come across a refill like that?

The Energel Needle tip refill comes in both a .3 and a .5 tip. They are available online , not sure if you can buy just one though. If not, and you don't want to order in quantity, hit me up and I will send you one of each.

Pilot V5-rt is .5mm and is a direct replacement for the G2 refill or the 5888 in most cases. V7-RT is .7mm

Also a fan of the Energel and their archival ink version writes quite dry.
