Refill question

I recently ordered some Schmidt 5888 rollerball refills - a popular supplier on IAP sent Monteverde refills instead. I sent an email to the vendor asking for clarification or replacement and have not heard anything for a week - but I ordered the Schmidt for a customer -
Is the Monteverde quality comparable?
Would you send them to the customer instead of The Schmidt?
Thats for you advice in advance?

If this supplier is who I think it is, I don't think they check their contact form replies. Did you use the contact form?

the Monteverde is identical, made by Schmidt. (Same as 5888)

Thanks Ed, I didn't know that. I like MV's parker style gel refills.

I don't know where their gel refills are made. Not all their products are from Schmidt.
Some are marked USA--don't know their origin.
