There was a thread about this. I need to make an extension for Parker refill. What material works best. I need a rod about 3/8th-1/2" thick that I can chuck and turn down.

The old style Sierra Clicks had chrome plated metal ones. I don't know what the base metal was. One of the new PSI kits has plastic ones. Hopefully that helps a little.

I found the thread. I know about the PSI kits. And I think I have them on my peg board. Need to go through everything.
EDIT: I cut & trimmed a plastic end from an old Parker refill.

When I had to order a replacement transmission for a Knurl GT, I asked PSI about extra extenders. The were willing to sell me up to (6), which I gladly accepted.
