Redwood Churchill

I built this pen for a return customer (he appreciates the "generous proportions", or larger size). It's a Gold Churchill Fountain Pen made with one of Rocky B.'s Redwood burl blanks, with a Bolivian Rosewood accent stripe. I added a couple yellow veneer strips to dress it up a bit. I like the redwood a lot. Thanks Rocky!

Good looking pen. I picked up a few bowl blanks from Rocky @rockb around Christmas--great guy. Blanks are probably acclimated, but the "spring" weather here hasn't been spring-like!!
