Marc, That is a GREAT looking bowl. No tear out, thin, and I bet it smells wonderful. Top notch!

I love turning cedar..only drawback is the color change down the road...very nice bowl

Very nice... I have a few at my last show... they sold better than some of my better bowls... even those that had voids and cracks. Love the color and smell of old cedar.

I have some that the sap wood will just flake off in your hands, but the heart wood is mostly solid and beautiful colors.
