Red & Black SS

This one is for my "Carpool, Co-workers Husband" He has a 69 Chevell SS That is Red with Black SS stripes. She wanted a Pen for his Birthday to go with his car, she plans on having his name engraved on it also. It took me a little while to figure how to get the pin stripes in it. But this what I came up with, it is red plastic SOLO plates glued to a segmented black Alumilite blank then that was outlined with black plastic. I glued the segmented pieces to a tongue depressor and re-cast it with red Alumilite. It's on a chrome CSUSA Long Click, it's been wet sanded to 12k plastix polished and waxed.

Thanks for all the positive feed back, I am going to suggest to her that when it's engraved that we put "SS" on each side next to the clip.

Thanks Jeff, I was trying to give it a little "flex-appeal" like a muscle car, instead of just straight Lines. :wink:
