Absolute waste of a million dollars.
I agree. Why would anyone want to recover garbage? I'm sure he is looking at the Bin Laden family wanting to pay big bucks for it.

The Bin Laden family dissowned Osama decades ago when he launched his insanity against the Russians. This is strictly a "hey look at me" stunt by the salvager. 67 year old man should know better but some folks will do anything to feed there ego.
