Recommend good spray paint?

Was painting the inside of a tube with black. First...wouldn't spray worth a flip. Second, paint was thin as I could hold up the blank and see places that lacked any paint. This was the cheap brand at Lowe's which was bought for a project where quality wasn't needed. Looking at Rustoleum or Krylon at the box stores: Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace hardware. Your help is most appreciated.
BTW, the blank was almost transparent in about 50% of the length; paint is needed. Tried painting acrylic craft paint but the tube scraped it off. Arrggh!

I have had good results with regular old Rustoleum flat black and flat white from Home Depot.

I usually use rustoleum or kyrlon

I'm a big fan of spray lacquer because it dries so fast. Usually completely dry in about a half an hour, especially with a fan kind of blowing through the hole on the blank. - Dave
