Are these tanned already or what else needs to be done to prep to cast? I'd like to give casting snakeskin a shot but don't know what I don't know. Would be interested in one of them and the freebie depending on the above, thanks!

They are ready to cast. I bought them several years ago after making several cast snakeskin pens using Don Ward's (aka its_virgil) methods. They have been rolled up in a baggie since then.
