I had just contacted Richard with a concern about color variation of some blanks from the manufacturer. Talk about customer service...without asking, and in a very short time an array of photos arrives in my email, with variation description. After my selection, the package is on the way almost before I can roll back over to IAP! With a very nice discount!:biggrin::biggrin:
