Are the Phoenix Rookie pens the same as the Atlas pens that others sell?

I can't say for certain, but the picture (which is a little dark and not really clear) does appear to be the same... also similar to the Cabarera from Berea and similar to the Patriot as well...
I've only bought the Tapa Pacific and the Pacifica Warrior kits from him... service was excellent, the kits were good quality and really nice kits and I did well with them... haven't bought anything lately as I've actually cut way back on my pen production... which is changing now that I'm setting up a permanent booth.

They look very close, the only difference I can tell is at top of the clip.

Mike, you can always e-mail them at sales@woodpenpro.comand ask. If I remember correctly the owner is retired Navy as well. He would probably be able to tell you best.
