question on threading jig

I am sending a site addy that shows how to build a threading jig... this is used for cutting threads in boxes, am I correct ?
Could one of you jig builders build one that uses a Dremel tool ?
Please let me know, of course I will pay for all materials used and shipping. I have a new Dremel tool

The concept looks simple enough. Looks like you could do matching internal or external threads with such a device. It looks like it could definitely work with a Dremel. Sorry, but I don't have the time to work on one myself, but it looks like it would be fairly simple to build.
