Question for the Sherline/Taig Owners

I've been doing a lot of research on getting either a Sherline or Taig lathe. Based on what I'm looking to do, I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down to these two.

One big question remains and I am having a devil of a time figuring this out. So, I was hoping some of you folks would be able to help.

Are the Taig and Sherline parts/accessories interchangeable?

The chucks are interchangeable and they both use a 3/4-16 thread on the head stock. I have Sherline And I started with Taig. I have both Taig and Sherline chucks that I use. Other than the headstock threads bieng the same the rest of the parts wont interchange.
