I'll probably put some of my laser cut blanks on my Etsy site. I have a question though. Would you rather buy the blank already glued together or would you rather buy a pile of parts? The blanks will be drilled either way.

I'd say glued in. I have heard of folks loosing a small piece of complicated laser cut blanks.

Those are nice!! My 2cents would be to glue them yourself then sell them. My reasoning for that is from some of your past post your pretty picky with your quality. Nothing wrong with that but a few of the puzzle blanks I've put together didn't fit just right. So if someone has trouble and shows off one of your blanks that person might think there were flaws with the blank. Not to sway your decision just a thought. When I was breeding pigeons I was told never never sell your culls because it might reflect back on you. Good luck with them you really do nice work.

My preference is to glue them myself and from the above posts it seems that's the way to go. I like the 360° designs way better than most inlay blanks available that are just one sided, single image.

I'm with the crowd for the reasons mentioned. a couple years ago I had a Kallenshaan Woods Pool Cue blank kit that required assembly of multiple parts, and it was challenging to get the pieces seated properly and finished smooth. While there was a sense of accomplishment when I was done, having it assembled would have saved me a lot of swearing.

Awesome blanks by the way. having the pattern visible 360 degrees will be a game changer.

remarkable work! i have bought several inlay blanks from one supplier that dry-fits the pieces, then wraps then with thin rubberbands. one turns them as-is, but first applies a good dose of CA over everything (including the rubberbands). You then turn everyhthing off. I am not suggesting that is a better way; I am just informing you of what another supplier is doing. If you make the red with the white hearts for the PSI Executive; I wil take 2. You know how to reach me.

Together for me as well.

I've done several Kallenshaan blanks successfully, but the first one was a tad painful. I was home alone, cell phone in my pants pocket. Kallenshaan's Concentric Hearts pieced together. Applied super-thin CA glue, thumb & index finger of left hand stuck to ends of blank. Tried to remove them with my right hand--thumb & 2 fingers stuck to center. No way to pick up bottle of de-bonder, let alone open it. Went upstairs, but couldn't open door to get into kitchen. Went back to basement, pondered for a few minutes, realized i needed to relieve myself...so gutted it out and peeled the skin off my thumb & finger of left hand using all the strength i could muster. Pen turned out great--but i never again did the gluing of a Kallenshaan when i was the only one home!!
