I am making some purse holders fro PSI. Already have a few pre-orders from some ladies at work. Does anyone have any experience with them? What glue did you use to glue the wood to the metal?

Thanks.

Use a hard finish such as CA, lacquer, or acrylic.

Silicone calk/glue such as is used to mount mirrors works well.

Don't go nuts in buying lots kits. I have asked many Professional business women and they say, "That is why I have a bottom Desk Drawer." Then I asked, what do you do at lunch or at a lunch meeting.... They don't take a purse was the consensus

I only bought 10, mixed silver and gold, and the starter kit which is 2 of each and the mandrel. Anytime I start something new, I purchase in moderation. I am not thinking of while at work, but when they go out on the weekend, evening, etc.

I bought a half dozen and made my wife the first one to try out. I've not seen it since giving it to her. Mt finding is that, if the table top is thin enough it will work and if the lady takes the time to dig it out of her purse she may use it. That said, I was told a long time ago by a wise man, "Never dampen the plans and dreams of another. You do not know their strength and determination".

The kit price has turned me off of those. When someone can buy one at any gift shop for less than what I would pay for a kit, it's a pass for me.

Also, from what I have seen, the quality of the hardware is the same, the only difference is in the quality of the embellishment.

But another wise man once said, "A Fool and His Money is Soon Parted," If I can prevent that, I will
