i have 2 lots of 10 blanks available minimum size is 3/4x3/4 x 6.5, most are 7"
This was purchased from a member in China (thus the misleading name). It is not purple nor sandalwood but an unknown ebony.
My research didn't find a scientific name but the forestry service confirmed it as an ebony (not AB).
Whatever type it is appears to be imported into China exclusively.
I have a large variety of ebonies (at least 10 different types) and this is not any of them.
I have had it since 2021, seasoning in my garage (no temp control), it hasn't been waxed and none of it has cracked so it is very stable.
$50 per lot including shipping to the lower 48. PP, F&F only.
