A customer brought me a Bolt Action Pen he thought I made, I did not. It was poorly finished and the blank was trimmed or sanded too short and the cartridge stuck out too far. It was also missing a spring. I fixed it for free by adding a spring from one of my bolts.

I now needed a spring so I called PSI. I admit I steeled myself for a extremely rude NY accented man like the last three times I called them. I was helped by a simply delightful and skilled young sounding woman who instantly helped me. No back talk, no issues whatever just help and totally wonderful. Cheers! I stand corrected.

They may be there but the accent I detected was certainly rude with hints of NY.
NY'rs rude...nah...no way. To get off course if you want to be in the heart of Rude NY...come to S. Florida. Seriously you might want to inform PSI if the customer service person was rude. They should not be answering the phone.
