PSI V-Speed Adapter Surging??

I bought that to upgrade my Carbatec when the motor died.
The first one they sent had too many wires not connected so I sent it back.
The replacement has worked fine since I installed it.
Because I was putting it on a Carbatec I had to have the mounting bracket drilled by a machinist.
But, I have not had any problems with the motor. VS works fine. No surges. No overheating. No problem.

Mine only seems to do that on the lowest setting when I'm doing finish work. It was actually just doing it a little while ago.

When the speed is up, I don't notice it though.
