PSI Slimline Pro Click Pen Kit instructions

I have tried here and on PSI and I can't find any instructions on how to assemble one of these kits. I used to be able but I have forgotten.

Go to home page On IAP and on right side of page is instruction pages for most manufacturers and PSI 's are there.

I found them at the psi site they are right in the list with the part number PKPENXX
