PSI Lathe

Found a VS PSI Lathe in the paper. Thinking about a second/spare lathe. What do you folks think it would be worth? Guy said that he had only turned about a dozen pens since Christmas.....going bigger.

If he hasn't sold it by this weekend........I'm thinking I'll offer $100.......don't want to spend too much!

A C-note seems like a fair offer for something that probably cost around $200 new. My rule of thumb for tools in classifieds and Craigslist is about 1/2 cost if the tool is in good condition.
