So as we all know dealing with PSI is not always a day maker. I just opened up my new 37/64 drill bit and put it in the chuck. Having learned the hard way in the past I turned it by hand with the point next to the wood to make sure it was chucked up square. Well long story short, turns out I got an off centered bit. Tech support said ok to send me a new one and even offered to replace my blank. I was shocked, but I had used a scrap price of wood so no harm

I thought mine was the only one off.
