Have you tried the Penn State web site? From their home page, click on download library. There are instructions there for the kits they sell.

One more question, how do i drill the different size holes for the "step tube"? (dont know if thats what you call it but thats what ill call it for now)

P.S.I sells the bit for drilling the blank for step tubes. you only have to pay attention to how deep you drill ito the blank.
