I turned my first PSI Felt Tipped pen last night. I inked it with a blue Private Reserve cartridge and and really like the way it writes. The one complaint that I have is the way that the clip rides on the end of the blank (see the image below). As you twist the cap off it could potentially rub the finish off a wood pen. This morning I thought I would maybe tweak the clip a little to create just a tiny amount of clearance and after doing so the clip is now loose and shifts side to side. I can't figure out how it is assembled so I can try to tighten it back up.
Has anyone looked at a solution to create a little clearance on the clip other than bending the clip like I did? Maybe my concern isn't as big o fa problem as I anticipate it being.
