I had purchased a mandrel saver in October and a couple of weeks ago had noise, vibration and wobble develop, so I gave them a call and they sent me a replacement at no cost to include free shipping. Today two boxes arrived in the mail and one had the mandrel saver and the other had a free blank - very unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you PSI.
