It is the collet chuck system psi sells. It has 1x8 threads and comes with an adapter for 3/4" threads I believe. Has a range of collets for multiple sizes of round objects. Used for turning kitless pens for one thing.

Thanks but I would like the model number. Ichecked their site and based on your description It could be many things. Any idea what you paid for it? How man colletts come with?
