PSI Closed End Pen Kits - Any comments about these ?

I see that PSI is still selling at least 3 of their "Closed End Pen Kits" ... the Tycoon, the Majestic Jr., and the Elite.

I remember when these were introduced a few years ago, but have not seen much discussion about them ever since.

Has anybody got any comments about these kits ? . Maybe you have tried one or more of them.

To me, the PSI website pictures seem to look a little unattractive .... there seems to be extra length, especially in the cap portion.

Just wondering if they are worth experimenting with. . Any comments re: your opinions/experiences about these kits would be welcome, please.

I have made a few and am not impressed. I prefer the Bullseye Turning Supply's Apollo and (soon to be released) Artemis kits. No tubes needed. They make a decidedly nicer looking pen.

I agree with walshjp17. Like the Apollo from Bullseye and waiting to try the Artemis.
