PSI has their bullet Rollerball kits on sale at a pretty steep discount. I already bought some and just completed two pens: one from ebony, the other from reclaimed wood from their USS Missouri. They look great and I really like them.

So my question is, why are these Rollerball kits so cheap? From what I can tell they seem fairly good, look great, and easy to assemble. So is there any reason why O shouldn't pick up anymore with the price as low as it is?

If you like the style and you think the quality is OK, then go for it ... discount is good, especially for a magnetic cap pen.

I was not even aware of this model of pen, so it must be quite new. . I don't particularly like the style, personally.

I could see not liking the style. The harsh edge between the body and pen tip/cap could be off putting. I was on the fence myself until I made it and held it. I didn't think I was going to like it as much as I do.
