PSI America 250th anniversary pen kit

I could have sworn that I received a PSI catalog a month or so ago that featured a pen kit to commemorate the USA 250th Anniversary.
Was that a get while they last offering? They do not have them listed on their website and doing an internet search could not find any mention of them.
I know I'm old but I dont normally hallucinate.

I saw that kit on their website but I could swear there was more to the inscription than what is on the center band.
