[Occasionally I need to cut some tubes. I use the Proxxon Miter Saw, but am not 100% satisfied with the stop that comes with the saw. I fabricated one that I think serves my purpose a little better. First I drilled and tapped a 10-32 hole in one of the vise jaws and made a little brass know to fit. Next I used some aluminum angle and my milling machine to make the adjustable stop. Now I get dead on tubes.
