Just wondering what the best drill size is for where the converter fits into a custom FP feed section. I know Texatdurango was using a .252 reamer, but I was wondering if there is a bit that perfectly matches.

What says everyone?

I use the J bit straight through for a #6 section (Jowo) and don't do anything to help the converter fit any better. It holds on to the back of the nib unit and that's all you need really. Once the female end of the converter wears to the point that it won't hold onto the nipple on the nib unit it's time to throw it away as you'll now have some awesome air leaks and a drippy runny nosed pen. :)
