Prize Provider Contact Info

Per the correspondence template / suggestions provided by MikeB I need to tell my prize provider who won their donated prize and send the thank you note.

Two of my prizes were provided by IAP members and I plan to send them PMs through the IAP system.

I have no idea what to do about the prize from Lee Valley or Dougs Wood Working. Please advise on who I notify and whether I should be sending a thank you note (and the recipient if I'm sending one).

Send me the info for Constant. We have several prizes from him and I will send him a list at the end of all the winners of his donations. I will see if I can get you the info for the other two.

Thanks Mike - I'll send you the info for Constant. What about Dougs Woodworking. Looks like he donated 3 tools. Did you want to do the same for him as you are doing for Constant?
