I had my camera outside the other day, so I pretended to know how to operate the thing and snapped a few pictures of the flower bed.

Yes that is a flower. Beautiful blue flower:biggrin:

Doesn`t everyone who is off level by 30 degrees grow blue flowers ?

Oh yea. I just do not get it why he would plant that flower in with the tomatoes

Probably just got a bit mixed up with the different Solanum species . I suspect he was trying to plant potatoes (they do fine on a hillside) , and got tomatoes instead , with a nice blue nightshade mixed in . No problem , as long as he doesn`t discover other uses for it .

That treated pine 4x4 has some nice knots and grain in the first pic, but I don't see anything of interest in the 2nd pic (unless you are going to use that as a template for a poly clay cane . . .)
