I've used it - it's a 'cut and polish' wax and buffing compound mix similar to EEE Ultrashine. I've not used EEE Ultrashine, but based on what I have read, it appears that the major difference is that ScratchFreee is made in the US while EEE Ultrashine is made in Oz, and Ultrashine is more expensive.
It worked well for me in making Nostepinne (Scandinavian yarn winding sticks) where there is a need to be ultimately smooth. It produce a very smooth, shiny surface. The label suggests using a shellac-based top coat - I used a shop-made version of Shellawax (paste wax thinned with shellac). The label suggests that if you want to use a lacquer-based top coat, it is necessary to wipe down the piece with a solvent to remove any residual wax - I guess that makes sense, but I've never had a need to try it.
