Please pray for my wife. She had a knee replaced two years ago and has not had a day without sever pain since. Six different Doctors believed the pain in the leg was being caused by a pinched nerve in her back (that would have been caused by a pushy physical therapist). So she had back surgery to relieve the pressure on the nerve. The only thing that did was add back pain. A few months ago her pain management Dr. suggested she try having a neurotransmitter put in her back that would send a signal too the brain ahead of the pain signal to give her some relief. She went through the trial and it worked pretty well. A couple of months ago she went into the hospital to have a permanent one put in and she had a bad reaction of some kind and they had to abort the procedure. She first thought she would not try again, but it has become to painful even with the pain drugs that it is essentially unbearable. So, tomorrow morning at 6:00 A.M. Central Daylight time she is going to try again. Please pray she will not have a reaction again and that it will get rid of or at least reduce the pain significantly.

Thanks

My thoughts are with you and your wife. Many of us understand that until you/we experience such issues it is hard to fully realize what others go through with pain management.

May your wife have some improvement.

I'm not a religious person but, understand well what pain is about and I hope for her sake that, she gets no problems this time.

As for you, is not easy seen your partner in agony, day in day out, night and day and not being able to alleviate that pain so, I send positive thoughts that tomorrow everything will go alright for her...!

Cheers
George

Thank you to all who prayed for my wife. I know more would have if I had gotten the request out sooner.

Unfortunately the procedure was aborted again. After the fiasco the last time she was promised an actual Anesthesiologist to administer the anesthesia this time. When we got there there was no Anesthesiologist available. She just lost it. It had been difficult enough to decide to try it again anyway. When her Pain Management Dr. saw how distraught she was he cancelled the procedure. I don't know where we go from here, but we are convinced after a third abort (the first was for stomach problems) that it is not God's will for her have that procedure.
