The town of West, TX was hit with a terrible tragedy tonight when a fertilizer plant exploded. I am sure many of you have heard the news and seen the reports. As of right now there is an unconfirmed report of 60-70 deaths, upwards of 2.5% of the town's population.

The local news out of Waco just went off the air covering it. They have been live for quite a while. They are saying somewhere between 50 to 80 homes damaged or flattened. One apartment complex heavily damaged with the upper floor mostly gone. And one rest home heavily damaged. So far they are reporting over a 100 injuries.

News update from this morning lowered the death toll drastically to 5 to 15 as they continue to search houses and apartment complexes that were destroyed.
